Keyboard doesn't connect to Microsoft Surface upon startup
I've just purchased a Surface Pro 11 and a keyboard. I find that whenever I turn on the Surface, the keyboard doesn't work unless I physically detach it from the Surface and then reattach it. Does anyone know how to solve this?

My touchpad is not working properly. When I click, it does not accept the command. It takes me several clicks for it to work.
When I go to, say an email on outlook, or want to save a file, I have to click on my touchpad several times for it to accept the command. Not sure what the issue is.
