I have purchased a refurbished Dell laptop with Windows 11 Pro installed, but the licence is for Windows 11 Home. Can I simply buy and install the appropriate license for Windows 11 Pro? The seller is unresponsive.
When trying to activate Windows 11 Pro, it seems the licence installed on this PC is for Windows Home. Am I able to buy and install the correct licence?
