problem with setup

i try to install windows from a usb drive. but after entering the setup the below message shows.

a media driver your computer needs is missing. this could be a dvd, usb or hard disk driver........

    If you uncheck the box labeled "Hide drivers that aren't compatible with this computer's hardware", do any drivers appear in the list?

    Thanks for the clarification.


    HP may not have made the driver available in a format that the Windows installation media can access, or your PC might not be detecting any drives at all.


    • What motivated you to perform a clean installation of the system?
    • Check if the system BIOS detects the drive where you want to install Windows. Please share a photo of what you find so I can check if it's correct.
