i try to install windows from a usb drive. but after entering the setup the below message shows.
a media driver your computer needs is missing. this could be a dvd, usb or hard disk driver........

HP may not have made the driver available in a format that the Windows installation media can access, or your PC might not be detecting any drives at all.
- What motivated you to perform a clean installation of the system?
- Check if the system BIOS detects the drive where you want to install Windows. Please share a photo of what you find so I can check if it's correct.
