Exactly. New interfaces want to option everything and add [removed-COC violation]eye candy. Windows nees to add an option to define "handle width" by pixel size and not stary at ONE. 3 would be a good default
Why is it so difficult to resize App windows?? I want to grab the border of an app and there's an impossibly tiny edge that allows grabbing. Is there anyway to fix this?
I want to grab the border of an app in order to resize it and there's an impossibly tiny edge that allows grabbing. I often-times end up clicking on what is behind the app instead of the app edge. Is there any way to fix this?

2024-12-11T23:03:55+00:00 The Windows Key + right/left arrow keys did nothing. The WKey + up/down arrows did maximize/restore/minimize, but that doesn't address the problem everyone is complaining about being able to resize open windows. Some apps are worse than others (Chrome being perhaps the worst), so I'm not sure how much this is an OS issue vs. an app issue. I find it particularly frustrating when trying to arrange multiple windows on three displays.

2024-12-14T11:40:26+00:00 I have the problem only in certain applications on Windows 11, such as Excel, specifically at the top border. What helps for me in those cases is to user any of the corners or the bottom of the window. Mostly, I want to use the full height of the screen for the window, which requires dragging against the edge, so then it does not matter whether I use the top or bother (even though I am used to use the top border and think it is silly that this is so difficult). But using the left edge looks like the best solution generally, then you also won't accidentally hit the closing 'x' button.
