Feature details
Characteristics play a crucial role in the scheduling workflow because they make sure a resource is qualified to perform a specific task. You can set up important characteristics in the system and assign them to relevant resources.
The user interface renames the term Skill to Characteristic. It also renames the term Proficiency model to Rating Model. Currently, these terms appear as synonyms.
Consistent terminology helps users find the information they need. It also aligns with the underlying Dataverse table schemas.
