Business value
Frontline workers can access their assigned bookings directly within Outlook and Teams, the platforms they already use daily. This integration eliminates the need for switching between multiple tools, allowing employees to manage their work and personal schedules all in one place.
Feature details
Field Service bookings for work orders create an appointment in the frontline workers' calendars and provide extra details, including a deep link to the Field Service application.
This feature offers several valuable improvements:
- Seamless integration: Frontline workers can view their assigned bookings directly within Outlook and Teams, so they don't need to switch between multiple applications.
- Real-time updates: Any changes to bookings automatically appear in their calendars within minutes, so employees always have the most current information.
