annoying lock and unlock personal vault messages

Recently I made the mistake of completing the process of setting up the Onedrive personal vault now every time I try to sign into Onedrive it's prompting me to verify my identity for the personal vault I don't need a personal vault I just need access to my files in my Onedrive why is there no way to turn this off it's extremely annoying. I think Microsoft is trying to get more customers to quit their service and their software because they're becoming too invasive and demanding that we use programs that we don't want to use please help me disable the onedrive personal vault as I do not repeat do not ever need it and will not need it in the future
