    Hi @Jim Riseborough

Thank you for reaching out regarding the issue you're experiencing with sharing a folder from your personal OneDrive account to your business account.

To migrate these issue, please review the following steps to ensure everything is set up correctly:

    1. Check sharing permissions
    • Go to your personal OneDrive.
    • Right click the folder > Share.
    • Enter the business account email.
    • Make sure the link settings allow access (e.g., “Anyone with the link” or “Specific people”).
    1. You need to use the correct email
      • Double check that you’re entering the correct business account email address.
      • If your organization uses aliases or multiple domains, make sure you’re using the one tied to the OneDrive account.
    2. Check the business account’s shared folder
      • Login the business account.
      • Go to OneDrive > Shared (on the left sidebar).
      • If it doesn’t appear, try refreshing or logging out and back in.
    3. You must to accept the invitation
      • Sometimes, the shared folder requires manual acceptance.
      • Check the business account’s email inbox for a sharing invitation and click the link.
    4. You can try sending a link instead
      • In your personal OneDrive, click Share > Copy link.
      • Send that link via email or chat to the business account.
      • Make sure the link settings allow viewing or editing.
    5. Check organizational restrictions
      • Some business accounts restrict external sharing.
      • You may need to ask your IT admin to allow sharing from external accounts.

If you’ve already tried these steps and the issue persists, please let us know any error messages you’ve encountered or screenshots (if possible), and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

    Warm regards,
