Hello everyone!! I am using MS office 365 with onedrive storage and few days ago I noticed that opening both folders or files are slowed down to 10-20 seconds per one click. It is the case when I use Explorer, but if open ie Word and directly opens word file it works ok for the same folders and word file. The same works ok with excell and every other app.

    Hi @Djordje Kuljancic

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To better understand the issue and identify the most suitable solution for you, please try resetting OneDrive using the official guide: Reset OneDrive - Microsoft Support

    Next, clear Windows Credentials:

1.Go to Control Panel → User Accounts → Credential Manager

2.Under the Windows Credentials tab, look for entries related to: MicrosoftOffice16, Office365, OneDrive => Remove those entries.

After that, try syncing OneDrive again. Start by syncing just one test folder to check if the issue still occurs. If everything works fine, proceed to sync the rest of your folders.

If the issue persists, feel free to let me know. I’ll be happy to suggest more suitable solutions.

Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
