Regarding to your description, I would recommend trying these steps to see if the issue persists:
- Restart OneNote:
- Close OneNote completely and then reopen it to see if the error persists.
- Reinstall OneNote:
- If the error continues, try deleting OneNote and reinstalling it from the App Store.
- Update iPadOS and OneNote:
- Make sure your iPad is running the latest version of iPadOS and that you have the most recent version of OneNote installed.
- Check Microsoft Account Sign-In:
- Ensure you are signed in to OneNote with your Microsoft account and that there aren’t any issues with your account.
