As of about a week ago, I can no longer copy or move files within OneDrive.

I have always been able to move or copy folders within OneDrive until a week ago. I select copy or move files and/or folders. OneDrive gives me the options of where to move/copy it, I make a selection, it appears the moving/copying is taking place, but it goes nowhere. No error message. Permission is not likely an issue as I am logging into the account. Syncing is on and up to date. There is plenty of storage space. I have cleared cookies, and the OneDrive cache.

Ensure the file you want to copy has a green check mark icon before attempting to copy it. If the icon is a blue cloud, click on the file first to change it to green, then copy it.

A file with a blue cloud icon indicates that it exists only in the OneDrive cloud. Click on the file to make its icon green. If you can't make it green, right-click the file and select "Always keep on this device" to make the file locally available. Now you can copy it.

You should be able to use the "Drag and drop" and "Move to" commands on files having a blue cloud icon. However, if OneDrive is not syncing, you may encounter an issue with this process.
