my psu is quite old Corsair ax1200 When playing certain games Previously pubg:bg on DX12 (stopped happening when switched to DX11) And now Last Epoch where the game runs in DX11, I have tried lowering the game details from high to medium but did not help. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. - System

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.

In that case, open the Event Viewer utility.

On the left, select Windows Logs - System.

On the right, choose to save out that whole log to an evtx file.

Please upload that log file to any cloud service and provide a share link here.

What method are you using to connect the screen to your system?

There are some errors indicated in your log referring to the graphics system

Completely remove the current AMD graphics driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the AMD website to download and install a couple of slightly older versions of the drivers they provide to see if you can find a version that stabilizes your system.

If not, then I do think you need to take your system to a PC Shop to have the hardware tested.

Please let me know the result if that testing.
