Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
As of recent updates to Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 for Business, the Copy Link option may no longer appear directly in the right click context menu. This change is part of a broader redesign of File Explorer’s integration with cloud services. Here are a few steps you can take to restore or work around this functionality:
- Use “Show More Options”
- Right-click the file in File Explorer.
- Select Shift + F10 or click Show More Options.
- Look for Copy Link in the expanded menu.
- Use the Share Dialog
- Right-click the file and choose Share.
- In the Share window, click Copy Link (if available).
- If not visible, open the file in SharePoint Online and copy the link from there.
- Escalate via Microsoft 365 Admin Center If the issue persists, additionally, you may need further and deeper step by step assistance, I recommend you submit a Support Ticket (if you are admin or you can contact your IT admin) to escalate this to Microsoft via https://admin.microsoft.com/#/support/requests because our technical team can contact you directly via call or meeting to troubleshoot issue faster.
Additional Notes: This issue has been reported by other users in the Microsoft Q&A forums. You can follow the discussion and updates here:
