Error is "We couldn't open this section." Problem started sometime around May 15, 2025

Just for clarity sake for others that may view this thread -- my issue has not been resolved and I'm not sure why Fordy B. says that it has. I ranked my last reply as a 1 of 5 due to this misstatement. This appears to be most definitely an issue with the latest version of OneNote and Catalina. Is there a version of OneNote that I can roll back to that would restore the functionality that existed a few weeks ago?
