OneDrive "Move To" feature is not working for files

For over a month I have not been able to use the "move to" feature both on the top taskbar and when I right click. When I try to use this feature, nothing happens. There is no error message that appears nor is there any pop-up. I can still click and drag the folder but if the folder is too far down the page, I'm not able to move the file. I have tried three different browsers (chrome, firefox, edge) and have cleared the browser cache numerous times on all browsers without success.

    1. Does this issue occur with all files, or only with a few specific ones? 

    Have you tried logging in and using this feature on a completely different computer or device? If so, did the same problem occur? 

    Could you please try opening your browser in incognito/private mode and check if the "Move to" feature works then? 

    Could you quickly check if any of your colleagues are experiencing the same issue?
