    Hello John,

I noticed this icon stopped working, after the last update, I believe....

I got so much information on my question that I have started to hesitate if my question was accurate!

I was referring to an icon in the left side of the taskbar, which has the weather symbol and in it provides the local temperature, and when you hover on it, it used to open a pop-up window and load some relevant news. Nowadays, what doesn't work is that 'hovering' on it.. It shows an error and shows a button to 'RELOAD'. Of course, if you press it, it comes back to the same spot, in an infinite loop.

    Thanks for your input!!

    Ed

    Hello Eduardo

Please try creating a new local administrator account then check if the issue is not profile specific.

    Hello John,

    Thanks for your assistance!

I created another admin account, and sure enough, it has exactly the same issue on that icon :(

    Thanks again,

    Hello Eduardo,

Thank you for updating me with that information. If you have a third-party Antivirus installed, please try to temporarily uninstall it then check if the issue persists.

If the issue still persists, please try performing an In-place Upgrade. Performing this can repair broken operating system files while your personal files, settings and installed applications will not be removed.

Few things to check on the PC

**Unplug all external peripherals except for the Mouse, Keyboard, and LAN cable before starting

**Disable or uninstall any 3rd party Anti-Virus program to prevent it from interfering with the upgrade

    Kind regards,
