IInstallationResult::GetUpdateResult method (wuapi.h)

Returns an IUpdateInstallationResult interface that contains the installation results for a specified update.

Syntax

HRESULT GetUpdateResult(
  [in]  LONG                      updateIndex,
  [out] IUpdateInstallationResult **retval
);

[in] updateIndex

The index of an update.

[out] retval

An interface that contains results for a specified update.

Returns S_OK if successful. Otherwise, returns a COM or Windows

error code.
