Determines whether an item has been deleted from the Offline Files cache while working offline.

Parameters
[out] pbDeletedOffline
Receives TRUE if the item has been deleted from the Offline Files cache while working offline, or FALSE otherwise.
Return value
Returns S_OK if successful, or an error value otherwise.
