NDISTest 6.5 - [2 Machine] - Stats

For NDIS 6.0 miniports, this test verifies that miniport maintains and report statistics from OID_GEN_STATISTICS correctly. The test also verifies that the miniport correctly supports statistics OIDs OID_GEN_RCV_OK OID_GEN_RCV_NO_BUFFER OID_GEN_RCV_ERROR. It sends a bunch of packets to the test adapter and checks that the statistics get incremented. It expects the OID_GEN_RCV_NO_BUFFER to incremented exactly by the number of packets that were dropped.
