Admins can configure the set of printers in the organization that should participate in each of the pull-print printers using the Member Printers management page.
Each participating printer MUST have secure release configured. Currently, this means enabling secure release with QR code. Additional secure release options may be offered in the future.
Member printer management
Using the Universal Print admin portal, select the Pull-print printers menu before selecting a pull-print printer. Within the specific pull-print printer, select the Member Printers menu item. From where select Add to start adding registered printers to the pull-print printer.
- When adding printers, admins can use the printer name filter and select multiple printers from the results.
- When wanting to remove printers, admins can select multiple member printers at once before removing them.
Tip
Admins can also toggle the 'Add all secure release configured printers to this pull-print printer" option to include all secure release enabled printers within the organization.
