Microsoft Copilot Dashboard capabilities

The Microsoft Copilot Dashboard was created to help organizations drive adoption and maximize the impact of Copilot. It provides actionable insights to support your rollout, understand how employees are using Copilot, and measure the return on your investment. The dashboard includes key metrics across four categories:

  • Readiness. Assesses how prepared your organization is for Copilot adoption, including license assignments and user enablement.
  • Adoption. Tracks how employees are utilizing Copilot features across Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Impact. Measures the effects of Copilot usage on productivity and collaboration within the organization.
  • Sentiment. Gathers feedback from users to understand their perceptions and satisfaction with Copilot.

These metrics are aggregated at either the tenant or user level, depending on your organization's licensing.

Copilot Dashboard settings

Settings are available for Global Administrators in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to make management more streamlined. Controls are available for admins to manage which employees should be analyzed in the Copilot Dashboard. With these controls, admins can:

  • Assign access to the Copilot Dashboard
  • Upload organizational data
  • Manage a list of non-Copilot users for comparison
  • Create an exclusion list
  • Adjust minimum group size for generating insights
