Test and refine the autonomous agent

By testing and refining the autonomous agent, you can cover all aspects before deploying the agent in a live environment. Any agent's critical success factor ensures that it can perform the specific function to bring in touchless automation as much as possible. Testing and refining also help the autonomous agents earn trust and increase adoption. The real benefit comes when the agents perform their functions error-free and when you can observe a significant adoption in the enterprise.

To test the agent, go to the Overview (1) tab and select Test (2) in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Now, the autonomous agent is ready to test. You can initiate an employee onboarding based on the following scenarios.

On the chat screen, the system automatically generates an initiation message based on the instructions that you provided when building the autonomous agent in a previous unit.

You can start testing the agent with various prompts to onboard an employee from the Test your agent chat window.
