Retrieves whether the specified element has scope.
Syntax
HRESULT retVal = object.IsScopedElement(pElement, pfScoped);
Parameters
pElement [in]
Type: IHTMLElementPointer to an IHTMLElement interface that specifies the element.
pfScoped [out]
Type: BOOLAddress of a variable of type BOOL that receives TRUE if the element is scoped, FALSE otherwise.
Return value
Type: HRESULT
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.

IMarkupServices::IsScopedElement was introduced in Windows Internet Explorer 7
Scoped elements have a begin and end node, such as tr or head.
