The SetupLogFile method overrides the file-name and logging-level entries in logging.xml.

Parameters
logFilePath
[optional]The full path to the logging file. If this parameter is an empty String or null, the file-name entry from logging.xml is used.
loggingLevel
[optional]The logging level below which messages are logged. This parameter overrides the value of the logging-level entry in logging.xml.
Return Value
This method does not return a value.
