Remarks

This class enables the scenario of having a parent class declaring its bag as PropertyBag, and the child class building it as PropertyBag<ChildClass>.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
