Create Content for TTS

Using the Synthesis namespace in System.Speech, you can create prompts by simply passing a text string to a method. You can also create complex prompts that contain a variety of content types such as text, SSML markup, and prerecorded audio. These prompts can control the characteristics of speech output, including speaking voice, volume, and speaking rate.
