There are several directory properties that contain multiple values. These properties hold values in a string array and there are specific methods provided to write and read these properties either individually, by index position, or as a complete set. In the Active Directory Schema Reference, properties with multiple values are indicated when the Is-Single-Valued row in the property table is set to false. For more information about the Active Directory Schema reference, see Active Directory Schema in the MSDN Library at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=27252.
Examples of properties with multiple values include:
- attributeDisplayNames
- description
- member
- tokenGroups
- userClass
