Remove-IISSite

Removes a web site from an IIS server.

Description

The Remove-IISSite cmdlet removes a web site with the given name from an Internet Information Services (IIS) server.

Examples

Example 1: Remove a web site from an IIS server

PS C:\> Remove-IISSite -Name "TestSite"

This command removes a website named TestSite from an IIS server.
