Description

The Set-VMSan cmdlet configures a virtual storage area network (SAN) on one or more Hyper-V hosts.

Examples

Example 1

PS C:\> Set-VMSan -Name Production -WorldWideNodeName C003FF0000FFFF22 -WorldWidePortName C003FF5778E50024

Configures a virtual storage area network (SAN) named Production with the specified WorldWideNodeName and WorldWidePortName values.

Parameters

-CimSession

Runs the cmdlet in a remote session or on a remote computer. Enter a computer name or a session object, such as the output of a New-CimSession or Get-CimSession cmdlet. The default is the current session on the local computer.
