Gets the vulnerability assessment rule baseline.

Description

The Get-AzSqlDatabaseVulnerabilityAssessmentRuleBaseline cmdlet gets the vulnerability assessment rule baseline. Note that you need to run Enable-AzSqlServerAdvancedDataSecurity and Update-AzSqlServerVulnerabilityAssessmentSetting cmdlets as a prerequisite for using this cmdlet.
