Business value

This feature speeds up optimization by making it easier to understand usage patterns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize performance for the actions you configure for your organization's agents.

Feature details

With enhanced visibility into how users utilize actions within an agent, you can use analytics to get actionable insights. This visibility helps you understand usage patterns, find areas for improvement, and optimize performance. By analyzing this data, you can make informed decisions, proactively resolve issues, and continuously refine your strategies to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

The metrics include answer rate, action usage rate, and error rate. These metrics give you a complete view of how users interact with actions.

You also get a detailed breakdown of errors so you can find and fix specific issues. You can see how many times users in your organization use the extension over a period of time. This information helps you as you update the extension. You get this experience for connector, prompt, and REST API extensions.

By analyzing how often users take each action, which sources they use, and the error rates, you can improve the agent's effectiveness and reliability. This improvement leads to better user satisfaction and business outcomes.
