You can now automate Access DB tasks easily with new actions in Power Automate for desktop. You don't need to use workarounds that involve UI interactions or send keys.
Feature details
The Access automation feature enables you to work with Access databases stored on your device. First, create an Access instance with the Launch Access action. This instance acts as the input for other actions, so you can perform tasks on the Access database you want. The following actions are available:
- Launch Access
- Close Access
- Read Access table
- Run Access query
- Run Access macro
