Copilot in the automation center gives you a versatile experience. You can ask it about cloud flows, desktop flows, work queues, and other Power Automate features.
Copilot answers work queue questions, like:
- How many items are on hold?
- How many items might breach the SLA?
- What's the average handling time for each processor and queue?
