When either the HostAnnouncement or AnnouncementRequest response timer expires, a nonbrowser server MUST send a HostAnnouncement frame, as specified in section 3.2.5.2.
When the HostAnnouncement timer fires, it SHOULD reset the HostAnnouncement timer based on the following table (as specified in section 3.2.1).<32>
