When an assignment is set to a points grade type, each submission has this object associated with the submission.grade property. This creates a subclass from educationAssignmentGrade, which will add the who data to this property. The max points are stored in the assignments.grading property.

The timestamp type represents date and time information using ISO 8601 format and is always in UTC. For example, midnight UTC on Jan 1, 2014 is 2014-01-01T00:00:00Z.
