Important

Transfer an active peer-to-peer call or group call.

Note: This is only supported if both the transferee and transfer target are Microsoft Teams users that belong to the same tenant. Transfer to PSTN number is supported only for application instance. To learn more about transferor, transferee and transfer target, see RFC 5589.

A consultative transfer means that the transferor can inform the person they want to transfer the call to (the transferee), before the transfer is made. This is opposed to transfering the call directly.

This API is available in the following national cloud deployments.

Permissions

Choose the permission or permissions marked as least privileged for this API. Use a higher privileged permission or permissions only if your app requires it. Request headers

Name	Description
Authorization	Bearer {token}. Required. Learn more about authentication and authorization.
Content-type	application/json. Required.

Request body

In the request body, provide a JSON object with the following parameters.

transferTarget	invitationParticipantInfo	The participant which is the target of the transfer.
transferee	participantInfo	The participant which is the transferee of the transfer. It is only needed when transfer from a group call.

Response

If successful, this method returns a 202 Accepted response code.
