Overview
Dynamics 365 Human Resources is a comprehensive HR solution that helps organizations manage the entire hire-to-retire lifecycle for employees. In release wave 2025 wave 2, we enhance capabilities by avoiding duplication through Microsoft Entra ID integration and by adding integration with Viva Connections.
By adding agent capabilities to the onboarding process, HR managers and new hires get guided experiences and automation for the many steps and complexities in onboarding. Also, job posting and interviewing is simpler with job description generation and interview assistance through our recruiter assist agent capabilities.
