The Calculate only visible FlowFields feature improves system performance by calculating values only for FlowFields that pages display. Feature details
When you add a FlowField to a page or page extension and set the Visible property to false, the FlowField doesn't appear on the page. However, the AL runtime still calculates the value, which leads to unnecessary computations and performance issues. As an administrator, you can change this behavior by enabling the Calculate only visible FlowFields feature on the Feature Management page. When enabled, the AL runtime calculates values only for FlowFields that are visible on pages.
