In this release, we focus on three key areas:
Copilot and AI innovation: When you use customer insights through copilot chat interfaces in Dynamics 365 applications, your sales and service reps can easily personalize customer interactions. With Microsoft Copilot Studio, you can build autonomous agents, like the sales qualification agent, that make smarter decisions by using customer knowledge from various data sources unified in Customer Insights.
Personalized customer experiences: Use behavioral data from Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys to create segments, measures, and predictions. This data helps you increase targeting precision and personalization throughout the buyer journey.
Faster time to insights: Use Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to unify data from your Azure or Fabric lakehouse. This approach reduces the need to move or copy data from different systems.
