Computes the absolute value of each element in a vector.
public:
generic <typename T>
static System::Runtime::Intrinsics::Vector512<T> Abs(System::Runtime::Intrinsics::Vector512<T> vector);
public static System.Runtime.Intrinsics.Vector512<T> Abs<T>(System.Runtime.Intrinsics.Vector512<T> vector);
static member Abs : System.Runtime.Intrinsics.Vector512<'T> -> System.Runtime.Intrinsics.Vector512<'T>
Public Function Abs(Of T) (vector As Vector512(Of T)) As Vector512(Of T)
Type Parameters
- T
The type of the elements in the vector.
Parameters
- vector
- Vector512<T>
The vector that will have its absolute value computed.
Returns
A vector whose elements are the absolute value of the elements in vector
.
Exceptions
The type of vector
(T
) is not supported.
Remarks
For IFloatingPoint<TSelf>, this method matches the IEEE 754:2019 maximum
function. This requires NaN inputs to be propagated back to the caller and for -0.0
to be treated as less than +0.0
.
