Application experiences
Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales is an AI assistant that empowers sellers with insights, recommendations, actions, and up-to-date CRM data. It works directly within the Microsoft 365 applications sellers already use daily. Copilot for Sales is a Copilot-first application that works with both Dynamics 365 Sales and Salesforce. It builds on Copilot for Microsoft 365. The cross-application experiences span multiple Microsoft 365 applications and their CRM systems so that sellers stay productive within the flow of work.
Sellers use different applications for various aspects of their work. They use Outlook for email, Teams for meetings, and Dynamics 365 or Salesforce for CRM. Copilot for Sales connects these applications and enables sellers to do their tasks more efficiently within the same workflow. For example, sellers can update their CRM from Outlook or Teams without switching applications. Copilot for Sales also provides insights from other applications that help sellers communicate better with their customers, build trust, and close more deals.
Copilot agents
Copilot agents help sellers and sales teams complete sales processes autonomously. They analyze sales data to complete sales tasks and provide insights to the seller. These agentic scenarios assist sellers throughout the sales process by qualifying and prioritizing leads. They give sellers insights about their opportunity, recommend next steps to help close the deal, and provide insights to help sellers prepare for their upcoming sales meetings.

Sales Chat
Sales chat becomes the main interface for sales reps and managers to use for their key activities. Sales chat surfaces critical sales insights and helps users act on them. With these insights, users can more effectively pursue opportunities, grow existing accounts, and close deals. Sales chat uses shared knowledge about leads, opportunities, and accounts. It gives users access to historical emails and meetings. With this information, sellers can identify buying signals, conversation starters, and potential objections.
