Obtaining Credentials

A SmileBack account (trial or paid) is needed to authorize an application and use SmileBack triggers within your Power Automate flow. You can book a demo and start a trial here.

Supported Operations

CSAT Review received

Triggers when CSAT Review that matches filters has been received.

NPS Response received

Triggers when NPS response that matches filters has been received.

Projects Survey result received

Triggers when Projects Survey results that match filters have been received.

Known issues and limitations

The connector is integrated with North America SmileBack app instatnce app.smileback.io. Other region-specific instances are not supported yet.
