Dimension prebuilt entity for a LUIS app

Important

Language Understanding Intelligent Service (LUIS) will be fully retired on March 31, 2026. LUIS resource creation isn't available. Beginning on October 31, 2025, the LUIS portal will no longer be available. We recommend migrating your LUIS applications to conversational language understanding to benefit from continued product support and multilingual capabilities.

The prebuilt dimension entity detects various types of dimensions, regardless of the LUIS app culture. Because this entity is already trained, you do not need to add example utterances containing dimensions to the application intents. Dimension entity is supported in many cultures.

Dimension is managed from the Recognizers-text GitHub repository.
