This script generates create or drop statements for all foreign keys in a SQL Server database. It was originally published on the original author's blog in 2009, but this is a better place to post it. The community has the ability to correct or enhance the script here. PowerShell can accomplish the same thing as this script more easily. To generate drop statements, uncomment the statement that sets @action to DROP and comment out the statement that sets @action to CREATE.
In order to handle the case when referenced table is in a different schema, this has been modified it a bit (added @referenced_schema_name variable):
