Let's explore the Local Mailbox Migration using CSV.

Under Recipients > Mailboxes select “…” and Select “Export data to a CSV file”.

In figure 2 select the option what you want. We have selected the default one.

In figure 3 the exported data is available in CSV format. Modify as per your requirement. We would be removing Administrator mailbox from the list.

In figure 4 Under Recipients > Migration Select “+” and Select “Move to a different database”.
