Using Windows Server Backup tool (the backup product that is included in Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2) needs a user that is belonged to local Administrators or local Backup Operators group. If the user does not have this credential, the following error message appears if he/she executes the Windows Server Backup utility:
