I've been busy for a bit, so I've been lax on the blogs, however I'll probably blog about a couple Vista Beta 2 things in the near future.
In the meantime, take a look at the June 2006 MSDN . In the CLR Inside Out column I wrote a bit about globalization features in Windows Vista vs the .Net Framework, how they complement each other and how they differ. My Klingon custom culture makes a brief appearance, although I'm not responsible for symbols on the cover.
