SharePoint Server 2016 IT Preview について

SharePoint の次期バージョンである SharePoint Server 2016 の IT Preview がリリースされております。Preview バージョンにおけるサポートサービスはございませんが、ぜひインストールして動作確認していただければ幸いでございます。

現時点で公開されている新情報について

現時点で公開されている SharePoint Server 2016 IT Preview の新情報について紹介します。

・SharePoint Online でも提供されている App Launcher (画面左上のアプリ一覧のダイアログ) が追加されます。

・アップロードできるファイルのサイズが最大 10 GB までサポートされます。

・コンプライアンスに関する機能が追加されます。具体的にはドキュメント保持ポリシーやコンプライアンス関連のサイトテンプレートが追加されています。

・SharePoint Online と連携したハイブリット検索機能が追加されました。この機能は、SharePoint Server 2013 に対しても、更新プログラムという形で提供されます。

・SharePoint Server 2016 Preview では Office Web Apps の名称が Office Online Server Preview に変更されています。
