Source Code Outliner Powertoy

My last blog post was a step by step walkthrough on how to build a simple version of the source code outliner.

Over the weekend, the full version of the Source Code Outliner was released and can be downloaded from here: https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=55E6FE58-2163-45E7-92D0-B9C298FBDFAD&displaylang=en.
