Putti shapes its success with Microsoft Azure
| As a fast growing startup with a lot of experience in cloud services, Putti is always looking at how technology can let them focus on adding value to their apps and avoid managing lower layer processes. “We’re in the game of building simple, easy-to-use apps that improve business processes and make the lives of our customers easier,” says Putti CEO Aaron McDonald. “Microsoft Azure helps us focus on that mission by taking care of the underlying infrastructure complexities. We add value for our customers, and can quickly and cost-effectively scale out as demand increases.” Putti, which is part of Spark Ventures, has launched a new service called Putti Forms that enables customers to create forms-based work flows to simplify business processes. “Any paper-based business process, such as HR forms or health and safety check lists, can be digitised and improved using Putti Forms,” says McDonald. To enable quick scaling and reduce costs as their apps grow, Putti Forms recently moved its application back-end to Microsoft Azure. Putti Forms utilises a host of Microsoft Azure services including Azure DocumentDB, SQL, Logic Apps and VMs, all of which are monitored through Azure Application Insights. With Microsoft Azure, Putti Forms is able to build, deploy and manage applications with ease and unmatched productivity.
